“We recently booked a 15-day Umrah package for our parents through Aimah Tours. The package included hotels, three meals a day, visa, insurance, and direct return flights. Alhamdulillah, the whole journey went smoothly and was well taken care of. From flights to hotel transfers, Ziyarat , and inter-city travel, everything was properly arranged. The food was good, and overall the hotel stay was comfortable. There was a small issue on the first day in Makkah, the room wasn’t in the best condition and needed some maintenance. But once we raised it, the team handled it quickly, and after that everything went without any problem. The time spent in Makkah and Madinah was very peaceful and spiritually uplifting. Alhamdulillah, the Umrah was completed beautifully, and it became a truly memorable experience for my parents. “Alhumdulillah, My experience with Aimah Tours was mostly wonderful especially in Mecca. However, I faced some issues in Medina. During my stay at Grand Zowar Hotel in Medina from August 7th to 13th, I appreciated it’s proximity to Masjid Al- Nabawi. Some amenities need utmost attention. The WiFi was unreliable, with poor connectivity and weak mobile signal forcing me to step out of the hotel for calls. The AC didn’t function correctly despite multiple requests I made and housekeeping staff only visited once in 6 days, that need to be proactive.”
